Shipping & Processing
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Our international shipping regions are intentionally limited to countries where we can reliably deliver packages.
If your country does not appear at checkout, we are either unable to ship there at this time or are still testing delivery reliability.

How much does international shipping cost?
International shipping is offered at flat rates by region. Rates are shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address.
Below is a general guide to our current international flat rates:
United States
- Flat rate: $7.99 USD, orders over $85 ship free
- U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses are included
Canada
- Flat rate: $20 USD, orders over $250 ship free
United Kingdom
- Flat rate: $35 USD
Core European Union
(Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Luxembourg)
- Flat rate: $40 USD
Norway, Switzerland & Iceland
- Flat rate: $60 USD

Listings
What does “intuitively chosen” mean?
When a product is listed as intuitively chosen, you will receive one item selected for you from our current inventory of that listing.
This means:
- You are not choosing an exact piece
- Each item is similar in size, quality, and type
- Natural variations in color, pattern, and texture are expected
- The item you receive will not be identical to the photos shown
Photos for intuitively chosen listings are representative examples, not the exact piece you’ll receive.
What does it mean when a listing has options like “Option A,” “Option B,” or “Option 3”?
Listings with labeled options (such as Option A, Option B, Option 3, etc.) are exact piece listings.
This means:
- You are purchasing the exact item shown in the photos
- The photos correspond directly to the option selected
- You will receive the specific crystal or item pictured
If a listing allows you to choose a labeled option, that item is not intuitively chosen.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Due to the nature of our products — including fragile items, natural materials, and intuitively chosen pieces — returns are not accepted.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on reporting damage.
Claims typically require photos of the item and packaging and must be submitted within the timeframe outlined in the policy.
Video Order Packing Requests
What is a video order packing request?
A video order packing request means your order may be packed and filmed during one of our YouTube order packing videos.
These videos show the packing process and may include a close-up of the items being packed for your order, order total, and your name (Example: Carla R., Jeff P.).
How do I request my order to be packed in a video?
You can request a video order packing by leaving a note at checkout indicating that you would like your order packed on YouTube.
Please note:
- Requests must be made at the time of checkout
- Requests cannot be added after an order has been placed
Is a video order packing guaranteed?
No. Video order packing requests are requests only, not guarantees.
While we do our best to include requested orders, inclusion depends on filming schedules, order volume, and content planning.
Does requesting a video add extra processing time?
Yes. Orders requested for video packing require additional preparation and filming time.
Please expect an additional 5–10 business days added to our standard processing time of 2–5 business days.
If you need your order by a specific date, we do not recommend requesting video packing.
Does requesting a video order packing cost extra?
No. There is no additional charge to request video order packing.
Where can I watch the video?
Order packing videos are shared on our YouTube channel @FreyjasMarket. We are unable to guarantee the exact video or date your order may appear.

What social media platforms are you on?
We are currently active only on the following platforms:

- Instagram @freyjasmarket
These are our only official social media accounts.
We do not have accounts on TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), Threads, or any other social platforms at this time.
If you see an account using our name or branding on other platforms, it is not us.
What should I do if I see a fake account?
If you come across an account impersonating us, please feel free to let us know. We appreciate your help in keeping our community safe.
