Rooted in lived experience and deep study, Marilyn Matthews brings her background in Women & Gender Studies, her work in a birth center, and her years of yoga teaching into every creation. Inspired by her own healing journey with endometriosis, her mission is to help dissolve the stigma surrounding menstruation, birth, and the body—transforming them into sources of strength and reverence.
