Dear Diary, I chose my first four creators, eek!

When I first dreamed up Freyja’s Market, I didn’t just want to sell cute witchy things. I wanted to build a space that felt like stepping into a fantasy market—where every corner held a little magic, every stall had a story, and every piece was chosen with heart. A marketplace for all things witchy, magical, and ethereal... the kind of place where you wander in for a crystal and leave with a handmade potion bottle, a dreamy print, and the feeling that you just found your people.
Today, I pushed "submit" on my first wholesale orders—and I’m still catching my breath. I chose four creators to start with, and every one of them speaks to the kind of magic I want this shop to embody. This isn’t just inventory—it’s art. It’s their time, their energy, their spellwork. And now it’s a part of Freyja’s Market.
It’s a small start—because we’re still a small business and let’s be real, magical inventory adds up fast (in both shelf space and cost). But I’m trusting my gut. I’m taking a risk on these makers because I believe in what they’re creating. They’ve got that spark—that soft-but-feral, moon-charged, forest-witch energy I’ve been searching for.
And honestly? I’m humbled. That they said yes. That their work will soon be part of this dream. That soon, you’ll get to see what I’ve been curating behind the scenes, late at night with a cup of tea and far too many tabs open.
So for now, I’m holding this moment close to my chest. Grateful. Giddy. Just a little terrified.
But mostly? So, so excited.
Because the market is coming.
And it’s going to be magic.
P.S. The picture is a sneak peek at a little special something that will be included in every order.
